As a Family Medicine clinic, our medical staff is uniquely trained to provide care to all persons from pediatric to adult care. The benefit of having a provider that specializes in both adult and pediatric care is that your entire family can see the same provider. This will mean building a stronger, more personal, relationship with your doctor and the UPC staff. Additionally, because UPC can link patients based on family relationships, we are knowledgeable of your family history without having to repeat it multiple times for each family member. Finally, providing care to pediatric and adult patients means that your child can keep the same physician as they transition into adulthood. This eliminates the loss of patient medical history that often happens when transferring from pediatric to adult care.
