Formally referred to as Southern Tier Community Health Center Network, to our community we are known as Universal Primary Care. As the only Federally Qualified Health Center in Cattaraugus, Allegany and McKean counties, we strive to provide high quality, primary care to all patients regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. We also take great pride in offering these services through a designated Health Center model. Two names, one purpose: To offer every patient that best care possible.
Our “family” of practitioners, nurses, receptionists, billing and back office staff focuses daily on how to create a model of care that respects you, provides you great care and is compassionate and fair. It’s important to feel safe and confident when accessing health care. To feel good, stay healthy and be able to financially afford good care strikes at our most basic needs.
